These values are not under the MIT License. They are subject to Salesforce's Terms of Use, whose full text is in Wisty UI's repository, in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. Every installed theme file's header, and the message the CLI prints after a theme step or Icon, carry a short notice that links to this page.
The chart colors in the Cosmos and Lightning Blue files are the palettes Salesforce publishes in SLDS's Charts guidelines. Wisty UI uses them as published and claims no rights in them.

Salesforce icons
Icons by Salesforce, from the Salesforce Lightning Design System, used unaltered under CC BY-ND 4.0. Source: the npm package @salesforce-ux/icons. Provided as is, without warranties.
This site serves the package's SVG files unaltered and colors them with CSS, the way the design system does. Apps that use the Icon component bundle the same files and should carry the same credit.
